The most active composer of Modern Art Orchestra. Following his graduation from the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, he continued his studies at the Conservatoire de Paris and Berklee College of Music in Boston. One of the most influential saxophonists of Hungarian jazz, Kristóf has also worked and lived abroad: for five years in France, and later in America. He performed in many European venues, including the London Jazz Festival, the Pescara and Barcelona Jazz Festivals, and in several famous jazz clubs. An extremely versatile and eclectic artist, who has worked with such distinguished musicians as John Patitucci, Tony Lakatos, Gerard Presencer and Chris Potter.
