
László Csízi
Drums
László began learning classical piano at the age of 6 but playing the drums always proved to be attractive to him as well. He was accepted to the Music Academy to study jazz drums after his matriculation. His professors’ names include Tamás Berdisz and György Jeszenszky. He graduated in 2012, before which he already performed with Hungarian jazz legends Attila László, Béla Szakcsi-Lakatos and the Budapest Jazz Orchestra. He was happy to join the Modern Art Orchestra in 2011, when Kornél Fekete-Kovács asked him to.
László is also an active member of the bands Subtones, Dresch Quartet, Áron Tálas Trio, Zoltán Lantos OpenSource, Kristóf Bacsó Quartet, Rieger Rhodes Quartet, Szabolcs Oláh Quintet and Laiho.
